Real Estate & Architect Website Design that leads with the project
Property buyers and architecture clients both buy with their eyes first, then check every detail. I design websites for developers, real estate consultants and architecture studios that lead with projects, then back them with location, specifications, approvals and a clear site-visit or consultation enquiry.

What a real estate website must get right
Udaipur and Rajasthan projects often attract buyers from other cities, so the website has to answer questions a visitor would normally ask on a site visit.
Each project gets its own page
Gallery, floor plans, amenities, specifications and status, on a URL you can share in ads and WhatsApp groups.
Location advantages with distances
Schools, hospitals, highways and landmarks with real distances and a map, not vague "prime location" claims.
Approvals and specifications
RERA registration where applicable, approvals and construction specifications stated clearly.
Site-visit enquiry
A short form and WhatsApp option to book a visit, with the project name already filled in.

Real Estate & Architect Website Design: common questions
Straight answers to what owners in this industry usually ask me first.
Can each property project have its own page?
Yes. Every project gets a dedicated page with gallery, plans, amenities, location and enquiry form, and you can add new projects from the admin panel.
Should the RERA number be on the website?
For registered projects, displaying the RERA registration number is expected in advertisements, and buyers look for it. I add a clear RERA block to each project page.
Do you design portfolio websites for architects?
Yes. Architecture sites need large, well-cropped images, short project notes and a calm layout, which is quite different from a developer site.
Can we collect leads from brochure downloads?
Yes. The brochure can sit behind a short name and phone form, and every lead goes to email and WhatsApp.
