What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the enquiry form or WhatsApp: your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, industry and the message you write. We do not ask for financial details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal data.
When you visit the site, the hosting server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to block spam. The contact page sets one temporary session cookie for its anti-spam question; it holds no personal data and expires when you close the browser. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your website project.
- To prepare a quote, proposal or project plan you asked for.
- To keep the website secure and stop abuse of the contact form.
We do not sell your data, rent it out or use it for unrelated marketing. We will only send you messages about your own enquiry or project unless you separately agree to something else.
Your consent
The enquiry form asks you to tick a box before sending. By ticking it, you consent to the use described above. Consent is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected]. After you withdraw, we stop using your data for that purpose and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep part of it, for example invoices for tax records.
Who else sees it
Form messages are delivered by email, so the email service (Google Gmail) and the website host (Hostinger) process them on our behalf as Data Processors. WhatsApp chats are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). The contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which Google may load with its own cookies. We do not share your data with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 24 months of our last conversation. If you become a client, project and billing records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
Your rights under the DPDP Act

- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Raise a grievance with us and get a response.

The site runs on HTTPS, the contact form is protected against spam and misuse, and nothing you submit is stored in a website database. Enquiries go straight to our inbox.
